Accounting Head - English Fluent

We are seeking an Accounting Head for a growing productive company based in Santiago. This position requires strong knowledge of accounting, taxes and leadership.

Description

The main responsibilities are:

* Oversight and control the accounting and tax process to guarantee an accurate information and attached to local regulation
* Preparation of accounting reports and it's deliverance on time and accurate (internal and external) as EERR, EEFF and taxes
* Provide accounting information analysis to report intel to inform the Direction and Managers the real accounting situation of company
* Supervise and assure the correct inputs, cost control, invoices, accounting parables and receivables, passives, provisions and every other accountant input to guarantee an accurate information (internal and external)
* In charge of external and internal auditors
* Responsible for tax reports, guaranteeing a correct calculation with the support of external advisor
* Implementation of improvements in accounting processes and in internal control


Profile

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Accounting or a related field
* At least 5 years of work experience in accounting
* Tax knowledgement and experience
* Leadership
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
