The role is responsible for supply planning for Finished-Goods on assigned Categories. The role is responsible for balancing the demand capacity situation for Finished-Goods. Balance Demand Capacity situation for Finished-Goods on a monthly basis following the S&OP calendar, tools and reports. In case of (upcoming) supply issues, recommends solutions based on facts while presenting quantified alternatives. Participate or leads in (new product) capacity projects or footprint initiatives. Participate or leads in complexity reduction initiatives or product range optimizations. You will work towards supply chain end to end synchronization both with our plants or DCs and Demand Planning/Commercial needs.
What You Will Do
Lead Supply Plan E2E in South Cone for assigned categories.
Balances Demand Capacity restrictions for Finished-Goods on a monthly basis following the S&OP calendar, tools and reports.
In case of (upcoming) supply issues, recommends solutions based on facts while presenting quantified alternatives.
Follows up on actions out of the S&OP regional and executive reviews.
Participate or leads in (new product) capacity projects or footprint initiatives.
Participates or leads in complexity reduction initiatives or product range optimizations
Safeguard products and materials availability in the right location, on-time and quantity to optimize Essity Service to Customers, Working Capital and Cost.
Proactively identify main gaps and potential barriers, recommend solutions based on data and assist resolution and escalation.
Define, implement and monitor relevant KPIs of fulfillment.
Contribute with the Team Leaders network to look for continuous improvement activities and implement them in the team.
Coordinates inbound/outbound flows to/from the warehouses delivering the local market.
Ensures the goods availability for customer orders
Controls IDCs and external providers performance (warehousing and transport) via KPI reviews and inventories.
Analyzes service complaints from customers and ensures that corrective actions are implemented.
Ensures the respect of procedures for articles phase in/out, stocks & flows management with business partners and for invoice control.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and parameters in Supply Planning ERP (Lead time, deviations of accuracy, lead time, service level)
Perfil deseado
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or in a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in supply planning, materials management, forecasting and inventory management, ideally on Consumer Goods companies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Expert in MS office tools. Knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge in Power BI
Proficient in English, will be a plus.
Proficient in Spanish is mandatory
