We are looking for a Head of Payroll, Benefits, and Labor Relations for a leading logistics operator based in Santiago.
About the Challenge:
The position is responsible for designing, managing, and controlling payroll, administering local benefits, and maintaining labor relations in Latin America in compliance with labor contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and current labor legislation. This role will oversee payroll strategy and processing, manage local benefits, and promote stable labor relations with internal and external stakeholders.
What would we love about you?
You hold a degree in Labor Psychology, Auditor Accountant, Business Administration Engineer, Commercial Engineer, or a related field.
You have at least 10 years of experience in personnel management, particularly in labor relations (mandatory), and experience handling unions.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Experience in the logistics industry (desirable).
Proven experience leading teams.
Exceptional skills in communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, crisis management, effective communication, and goal-oriented strategies.
