We are looking for a professional to fill the position of Sales Manager for a major transnational automotive company, who will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's sales assigned to him/her, in the assigned retail business area, as well as for their development and results.

Some of his/her duties include:

  • Work close with local dealers to achieve sales goals

  • Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with local regulations that affect new-vehicle sales.

  • Ensures proper follow-up by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.

  • Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.

  • Ensures to understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.

  • Negotiate, collect and deliver sales orders

  • Reviews inventory in a regular basis to ensure the proper mix of stock for maximum turnover efficiency.

  • Directs merchandising and advertising efforts for the department in conjunction with the dealer.

  • Analyze prices and maintain an updated database of company product prices vs. the competition.

  • Detect development opportunities for the company and implement action plans for each of them.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Professional in Commercial Engineering or similar

  • At least 3 years of experience as Sales Manager in automotive companies (highly appreciated)

  • Availability for field work at a national level

  • Availability to work 100% onsite

  • Management of Microsoft Office tools, web technologies and software

  • Advanced English (exclusive)

  • Excellent communication skills
