The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading cloud-based technology solutions with a focus on advanced Azure environments, microservices, and event-driven architectures. This professional will ensure technical quality, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment of solutions, while leading a multidisciplinary team and collaborating closely with various business units.

Lead the development and implementation of technical projects.
Oversee technical activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and report on technical performance metrics.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize technical solutions.
Conduct research on technical best practices and emerging technologies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.

* Design and oversee architectures based on Azure, including Azure Functions, Web Apps, API Management, and Gateways.
* Drive the adoption of modern practices, such as event-driven development and leveraging Kafka for messaging and data streaming.
* Ensure technical excellence in the development of applications using Java 17 with Spring Boot and NodeJS.

Project and Delivery Management:

* Plan and execute projects effectively using Azure DevOps.
* Coordinate the integration of microservices and APIs, ensuring scalability and availability.
* Manage the implementation of solutions utilizing design patterns for microservices and event-driven architectures.

Continuous Development and Improvement:

* Implement and optimize development processes using DevOps tools and practices.
* Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance existing processes and foster innovation.
* Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in the use of cloud services.

Team Leadership:

* Mentor and develop the technical skills of the team, promoting advanced practices in development and architecture.
* Foster a collaborative, agile, and innovative work culture within the team.
* Act as a communication bridge between technical and business stakeholders.



Technical Requirements

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

* Over 5 years of software development experience, including demonstrated experience leading technical teams and projects.
* Advanced experience with Azure environments, including Azure Functions, Web Apps, API Management, and Gateways.
* Proficient in designing and managing microservices architectures with a focus on event-driven development.
* Extensive experience using Azure DevOps for continuous integration, deployment, and project management.
* Advanced knowledge of Kafka and messaging patterns.

Technologies:

* Advanced expertise in Java 17 with Spring Boot.
* Proficiency in NodeJS.
* Expertise in API Management and Gateway services.
* Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures.

Languages:

* Advanced English, both written and spoken, for global team interactions and technical documentation.
