In Store Fulfilment Manager

What you will be doing?
• Leading by example by acting as a role model of the company values, implementing the strategy and activities that will secure that each person of our team breath and acts with our culture and values.
• Leading and developing competent and high performing the team and leaders to support the business strategy.
• Leading and working closely together with colleagues across the totality of stores and across the company to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant brand.
• Participating in the management process to create the store business plan and logistic action plan, using global and country input.
• Monitoring and following up the Store Fulfilment performance in accordance to the Store- and the market in order to take relevant actions to achieve the goals for growth, budget and excellence in operations
• To be responsible for positioning the company Retail and the Brand as responsible partners in lowering environmental impact by taking relevant actions that contribute to achieving long-term profitability in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
• Ensuring that Store Fulfilment works in compliance with the company Code of Conduct, internal regulations as in standard operating procedures and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.
