Trade Marketing Specialist

 

Qualification

•            Graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, or Advertising and Publicity.

•            Speaking English is essential.

•            +3 years of experience in Trade Marketing area and Sales, Auto Industry or Dealer´s Groups preferred.

•            Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

•            Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

•            Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.

 

Professional Profile:

A results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist with focused in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies, drive sales growth, and optimize dealer’s performance through promotional activities, events in the sales channel and promote sales process training in the sales force of the dealers. Proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams, executing promotional campaigns, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions. Strong ability to build relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders, leveraging insights to create tailored marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences. Adept at utilizing data analytics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

 

Main Activities/Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic direction.

 

Calendar Activities Development:

Design and implement promotional campaigns targeting dealers and distributors to increase product visibility and sales according the opportunities for each month/period.

 

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and dealership networks.

 

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance, utilizing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on trade marketing initiatives and results.

Budget Management:

Ensure to accomplish with Budget assigned
