What you will be doing at Evalueserve

We are seeking a highly skilled leader for our Chile risk management operations who would support key clients in their Risk Transformation journey. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading risk management solutions for clients in Financial Services, helping them navigate complex business environments with technology driven solutions.

Risk Operations Management:

  • Achieve operational excellence and quality.

  • Manage stakeholders (clients, sales, team).

  • Oversee talent management, succession planning, and stakeholder experience.

  • Ensure quality and efficiency in project delivery.

  • Maintain financial oversight of projects.

Business Development:

  • Manage key client relationships and expand revenue.

  • Handle account management and mining.

  • Lead new project pilots and business development initiatives.

Expanding Risk Capabilities:

  • Develop and promote risk management capabilities.

  • Design and execute a talent roadmap.

  • Conduct gap analysis and implement training.

Perfil deseado

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in business, economics, finance, mathematics, physics, computer science, or engineering.

  • 10+ years of demonstrable experience delivering complex projects, ideally in risk management, financial services, business intelligence, software development, or digital transformation.

  • Experience or a robust understanding of risk management and financial services. Experience in quantitative areas of consulting or financial services would be a plus.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to quantify both potential and realized business value impact.

  • Transformational leader with process improvement knowledge and experience developing ongoing continuous improvements with quantifiable results in upgrading talent, processes, and systems.

  • Effective relationship building and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, collaborating across departments and locations, and building a culture that embraces change and growth.

  • Excellent communication skills, in English, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders of various levels, across multiple locations, including presenting to executive-level audiences.

  • Preferably some knowledge of software development life cycle or project management methodologies, especially agile or scrum.

  • Must be available to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week and must be open to international business travel.
