Our client, multinational company located in San Bernardo, is searching a Human Resources Coordinator
Purpose: The HR Coordinator will support various HR functions. The role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities will focus on administrative support and providing customer service for our employees.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing support to managers and employees.
6. Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
7. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Perfil deseado
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Knowledge of HR and office practices/procedures.
Experience Requirements:
· 1 to 3 years.
Competency Requirements:
· Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
