About Risk and Quant Solutions (RQS)

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

You would be providing services to the Market Risk Management function of one of our I-bank clients. The candidate will work among a team, based in Chile, already supporting and interacting directly with the US client. We currently have Market Risk projects and platforms leveraging front-end and back-end technologies. We need to add Databricks support to the mix with the objective of improving data pipeline using Databricks Assets Bundle following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for better data streaming.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Databricks Developer to design, develop, and optimize our data infrastructure and pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Apache Spark, Databricks, and big data processing.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark.

·       Optimize and tune Spark applications for performance and scalability.

·       Implement data processing workflows for ETL, batch, and streaming data.

·       Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
