About Risk and Quant Solutions (RQS)

Risk and Quant is one of the fastest growing practices at Evalueserve. As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

You would be providing services to the Market Risk Management function of one of our I-bank clients. The candidate will work among a team, based in Chile, already supporting and interacting directly with the US client. We currently have Market Risk projects and platforms leveraging front-end and back-end technologies. We need to develop back-end services to provide access to Risk Engines and data pipelines.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer to design, develop, and optimize our data infrastructure and pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java development on Cloud environments.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications

·       Implement distributed processing solutions using multi-threading and multi-processing orchestration

·       Develop cloud-based applications on Azure

·       Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and create views for relational databases

·       Analyze data and perform data transformations using tools like SSIS

·       Script automation tasks using Python
