About Data Analytics (DA)

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. Our more tenured teammates, some of whom have been with Evalueserve since it started more than 20 years ago, have enjoyed leadership opportunities in different regions of the world across our seven business lines.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Managing and mentoring a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Defining team goals, strategy, and development plans aligned with business objectives.

• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data insights and reports to clients.

• Overseeing the creation, operationalization and maintenance of data products and features to meet evolving measurement and reporting requirements.

• Ensuring data integrity, quality control, and seamless integration of multiple data sources.

• Leading the development of dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

• Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.

• Presenting findings and insights to clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic recommendations.

• Driving strategic initiatives to optimize digital marketing impact and efficiency through advanced data analysis.

• Identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and support the development of proposals and business cases.

• Leading the Digital Marketing practice and develop partnership with Global Practice Lead

Perfil deseado

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on performance marketing measurement.

• Strong knowledge of Media Mix Models, Last Touch Attribution Models and Multi-touch Attribution models.

• Experience of paid marketing channel tracking and measurement.

• Proven product or program management experience.

• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working across a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, diverse departments and third-party analytics teams.

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI and Adobe Analytics.

• Expertise in programming languages and tools such as Python and SQL.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in the development of strategic initiatives, ability to create strategic relationships, and tactical implementation of strategies.
