Analista Contable - Ingles Avanzado

En Page Interim estamos en la búsqueda de un Analista Contable para importante empresa multinacional: .

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor setup and process invoices accurately and timely.

• Adhere to company procedures for invoicing, stock management, and financial transactions.

• Handle purchase orders and perform journal entries as necessary.

• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain effective communication with vendors.

• Assist in the preparation of expense reports and ensure compliance with policies.

• Create intercompany and external purchase orders as required.

• Review contracts, create sales orders, and generate invoices for customers.

• Follow up on payment status and resolve any billing inquiries.

• Provide support with HR and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Accounting Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP software.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition for customer and coworker interactions.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Advanced English (a must)

Contract Details:

• 3-6 month fixed contract, bIndefinite depending on performance

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.

• Preferably located in Puerto Montt with the flexibility for some in-office workdays. Remote work from Santiago may also be considered.
